About Us
Correlate Structural Engineering was established by Tom Mohr following many years of practicing structural engineering and construction management in the Colorado front range and mountain communities. Correlate has grown to a highly capable team of six and we leverage our boutique studio size to provide a targeted design approach for each project.
The Correlate team has extensive structural design experience on a variety of project types including multi-family and affordable housing developments, commercial and community spaces, historic renovations, and custom single-family homes. We utilize Autodesk Revit™ for 3D modeling, and for coordination with architecture and project teams.
Correlate embraces early conceptual and schematic input with architecture, contractor, and ownership teams to understand a project’s goals and constraints, allowing us to bring forward the best structural engineering solutions for a successful project.
